Anxiety
Occasional anxiety is a part of life. When it is an anxiety disorder, it is beyond temporary worry or fear, and it can gain intensity over time and not subside. At CEDBW we provide evidence-based skills education to assist in managing anxiety in an effort to address situations in an appropriate and effective manner.

At CEDBW we provide support for couples who are wanting to communicate more effectively, strengthen intimacy, and work together on goals for the future. Relationships are a fundamental part of life and our approach is compassionate, understanding, as well as proactive.
Substance Abuse
Our approach provides education about the complex connection between eating disorders, substance use and compulsive behaviors. Using motivation, cognitive and emotion-focused behavioral techniques, this approach empowers individuals to take the necessary steps toward recovery. Continuous attention is paid to health and to any complications from long-term substance use as well as support in working to heal relationships and restore communication and trust.
